Merkel's Weapons of Mass Distraction

Some people don't know when to grow up, and stop trying to be an age they are not. A perfect example:
This woman isn't a youngster. And she's Chancellor.

Merkel wore a dress with a plunging neckline to the opening celebrations for Oslo's new opera house. A spokesman later said the chancellor had been "a bit surprised" by all the attention. Click here to read more.
