The L.A. Times has a story with this picture: gas below $4 returns to SoCal. I haven't seen a leading 3 in quite some time; I paid $3.999 (which is actually 4 bucks) on 20 May (and 3.92, 3.96 a few days before that).Sad part is that 3.979 seems a relief.
