A Web site was created to promote "Strategery Capital Management LLC" -- the name a wink at President Bush's mispronunciations -- described as the largest hedge fund in the world with capital of $700 billion. Among its competitive advantages: "We are not limited to looking for opportunities with positive expected returns."
And the website has a t-shirt for sale.
