U.S. Plans Border ‘Surge’ Against Any Drug Wars

Marijuana was found in a vehicle being driven across the border and on mules and horses in the desert near Nogales, Ariz.

Agents in Arizona keep watch on the border with technology that is to be part of the “virtual fence” of cameras and sensors.

Border Patrol recruits in firearms training. The size of the force is now at 18,000 agents, twice that of less than a decade ago.
