Silver Wheaton is a company that buys silver on long term contracts, then sells it into the market. Read about it in the current issue of Barron's (3 March 2008). Looked up SLW in Morningstar, and found that its CEO has a degree from the University of Hull. Just a curiosity, a piece of trivia, as it were, that perhaps one day might be useful. Or just interesting.
[Hull is due east of Liverpool, on the eastern coast of England, by the River Humber, northwest of Grimsby.]
