Thx, & BTW

This midshipman seems sure of himself, and gives his Command-in-CHief a warm touch and some warm words. Oh, that's John McCain IV.

Delivering his third commencement speech this season, President Obama today promised newly minted Navy and Marine officers that he would only send them into battle if it is absolutely necessary and would give them the equipment to accomplish their mission.

It was Obama’s first commencement speech to a service academy. He spoke before some 30,000 people at the U.S. Naval Academy at Annapolis, Md., including Sen. John McCain, whose son, John IV, was one of the graduates.

The crew of the narco sub

El Universal reports that the presumed narcotrafficers detained in Oaxaca while a minisub filled with drugs was detained/caught in natioinal waters were transferred/moved in a forceful operation to the installations of SIEDO in the Federal District.

SIEDO stands for Subprocuraduría de Investigación Especializada en Delincuencia Organizada, which is something along the lines of the Assistant Attorney of Investigation Specialized in Organized Crime (Deliquency).

Narcosubmarino

That little green submersible again. El Universal reports that ... La Armada de México informó que el narcosubmarino interceptado en aguas del Pacífico mexicano transportaba un cargamento de cinco toneladas 815 kilogramos de cocaína

The Mexican Navy announced that the
narcosubmarino intercepted in Mexican Pacific waters transported a cargo of five tons 815 kilograms of cocaine.

A second picture shows personnel of the Mexican Navy proceeding to disembark the packages that the narcosubmarine transported, after determining that such were cocaine.

Personal de la Armada de México procedió a descargar los paquetes que transportaba el narcosubmarino, luego de constatar que estos eran de cocaína

That little green submarine

Llega narcosubmarino a Salina Cruz para inspección

The little green submersible carried 5 tons of cocaine. According to a story in Agence France-Press, it carried 257 packets, each weighing about 22.5 kilos, for a total weight of 5,815 kilos.

Reuters has it as six tons.

This is a different picture of the drug packages recovered from the little green submarine.

This next picture shows the green submersible being towed.

Yet another image from Peru.com showing a picture of a submersible, though I doubt the darling little green submarine.

It, of course, isn't the narcosub; a close look reveals it is a regular submarine. What a fraud.
